Warranty claim denied by The Education Skills International

On August 25, 2007, I signed up for The Education Skills International's delivery service at their Lucasfurt, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $358.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bryce C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
