Precise Justice Advocates provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5569-QIJ-3344 placed with Precise Justice Advocates on May 17, 2003. I paid $409.29 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jordi C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
