On January 4, 2016, I signed up for Luxury Partners Group's repair service at their North Sherwood, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $71.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maddison W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
