I have been a loyal customer of Gourmet & Flavors Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-1286-MBA-6778) on January 26, 1982, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
