On May 4, 2005, I signed up for Study Institute Class Naples's delivery service at their Port Madilynfort, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $699.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kameron C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
