On August 17, 1972, I signed up for CodeNet Enterprises's maintenance program at their East Gretafort, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $173.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ben D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
