I purchased a accessory from True Spot World on October 29, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Joshua D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
