Top Retail Collective refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7302-NQG-1755 placed with Top Retail Collective on November 11, 1976. I paid $793.10 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sonny K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
