On November 30, 1985, I signed up for SoftMeta's premium plan at their Franeckiton, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $616.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tabitha Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
