I am writing regarding order #ORD-3579-PUL-5287 placed with SoftMeta on September 8, 2016. I paid $580.32 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Valentin W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
