On September 9, 2000, I signed up for Gourmet & Flavors Ltd.'s maintenance program at their North Jaquelin, Connecticut location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $186.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ed P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
