Misleading advertising by Properties Bros Group

I purchased a plan from Properties Bros Group on March 23, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Oleta B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
