False promises made by Bites & Restaurants representative

On June 29, 2007, I signed up for Bites & Restaurants's premium plan at their Alimouth, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $49.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rose Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
