Hidden fees discovered from Tastes & Bistros LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3345-FXO-5706 placed with Tastes & Bistros LLC on January 8, 2006. I paid $617.12 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dana I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
