I want to report a serious concern with Elite Thinkers of Foundation's software that I purchased on April 1, 1988 from your Reillyside, West Virginia store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eladio Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
