I am writing regarding order #ORD-6276-FDW-1925 placed with Virtual Code Enterprises on February 5, 2000. I paid $76.42 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Deon U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
