False promises made by Delight Café representative

On April 7, 2015, I signed up for Delight Café's repair service at their Port Lindamouth, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $879.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Reymundo W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
