Misdiagnosis complaint against OptimalHospital

On September 30, 2019, I signed up for OptimalHospital's troubleshooting service at their Port Lonniemouth, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $925.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kamron K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
