I have been a loyal customer of Projects Construction for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-7577-LZJ-2542) on April 8, 2019, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
