Overcharged by Wisdom Class for service

On December 18, 1995, I signed up for Wisdom Class's repair service at their Lake Emilia, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $424.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Camylle J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
