I have been a loyal customer of Domain & Services Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-6518-NBK-2568) on April 13, 2002, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
