I want to report a serious concern with Delight & Co's unit that I purchased on August 7, 1992 from your Nyasiamouth, Idaho store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zoie J., but my issue remains unresolved.
