Delight & Co refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7455-VZD-8209 placed with Delight & Co on April 26, 2023. I paid $550.9 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Newell Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
