On February 16, 2013, I signed up for ByteLogic's technical assistance at their Beerside, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $345.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lexie L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
