I purchased a platform from Consulting Chambers, Chambers on October 17, 1991. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Seamus K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
