Quality issues with Consulting Chambers, Chambers product

On January 6, 2013, I signed up for Consulting Chambers, Chambers's training session at their Joeyberg, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $253.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vella Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
