Modern Deal Express refused to address issue

I purchased a account from Modern Deal Express on September 16, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hillard V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
