Billing dispute with Counsel Services of Fair Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2782-YWH-1407 placed with Counsel Services of Fair Holdings on June 26, 2005. I paid $911.81 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marion D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
