I am writing regarding order #ORD-6729-JLV-9013 placed with Balance Remedy London on May 20, 2019. I paid $362.79 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carmella S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
