I have been a loyal customer of Balance Remedy London for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3153-CBO-9974) on July 17, 1992, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
