Quality issues with Remedy Group Corp. product

On September 6, 2003, I signed up for Remedy Group Corp.'s installation service at their South Normahaven, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $977.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Delphia W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
