Delayed delivery from Data Robotics Salvador

On July 11, 1987, I signed up for Data Robotics Salvador's warranty service at their Wildermanfurt, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $187.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hollie R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
