I am writing regarding order #ORD-9239-MSC-3847 placed with Data Robotics Salvador on May 31, 2019. I paid $153.84 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Karolann Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
