I have been a loyal customer of The Family Cure Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-5203-JUQ-8407) on March 5, 2001, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
