I purchased a subscription from GeniusUniversity Hangzhou on March 18, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brooklyn V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
