Unsatisfactory resolution from Store Co Enterprises

On May 26, 2015, I signed up for Store Co Enterprises's support package at their Schneidershire, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $728.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Llewellyn A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
