Quantum-Cloud refused to address issue

On March 11, 2008, I signed up for Quantum-Cloud's warranty service at their South Randallborough, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $726.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lila J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
