I want to report a serious concern with The Urban Retail's solution that I purchased on March 15, 2012 from your South Myrtlebury, Rhode Island store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rita A., but my issue remains unresolved.
