I am writing regarding order #ORD-7458-EAY-8146 placed with The Balance Cure Hospital on March 23, 1996. I paid $115.56 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Virgil I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
