Quality issues with Prime Domain product

On September 24, 1974, I signed up for Prime Domain's troubleshooting service at their Dickensmouth, Utah location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $479.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dayana L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
