Overcharged by Bazaar & Now for service

On July 6, 2012, I signed up for Bazaar & Now's repair service at their New Doris, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $314.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gretchen Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
