I am writing regarding order #ORD-5043-AHE-2268 placed with The Wellness Wellness Clinic on August 17, 1995. I paid $600.20 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wiley J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
