I purchased a service from Path Network on December 15, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alexanne D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
