Hidden fees discovered from Expert Defense Offices

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7975-YWL-2886 placed with Expert Defense Offices on June 2, 1993. I paid $681.47 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Agustin C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
