I have been a loyal customer of Space Ventures for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-6310-UOT-7299) on August 11, 1993, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
