I purchased a item from Quality Cuisine on May 20, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Caleigh D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
