Delayed delivery from Practice & Counsel

On June 30, 2008, I signed up for Practice & Counsel's support package at their Gaylestad, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $439.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jaylan P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
