I am writing regarding order #ORD-8907-PEP-4187 placed with Peak Alliance on July 5, 1978. I paid $680.98 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Donnie H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
