Refund refused by Delight & Specialties

On December 25, 2016, I signed up for Delight & Specialties's consultation at their North Maximilian, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $295.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marcia Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
