Delayed delivery from Chef Foods

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4794-GZN-1605 placed with Chef Foods on December 27, 1998. I paid $224.9 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shawn F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
